Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing & Delivery Time
* All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 
* Once processed, your order will be shipped and is estimated to arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
* Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
* Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 and over (before taxes and after discounts).
* Standard Shipping: For orders under $50.00, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
* As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 
* The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or via the Shop app.

4. Damages & Incorrect Addresses
* We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit if the shipping address was entered incorrectly. 
* Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the packaging so we can assist you.
